Ingalls & Co. is building Creative Spaces to establish Cleveland's production infrastructure. Stage 01 is a purpose-built, 15,000-square-foot sound stage with a 30-foot clear height and integrated 8,100-square-foot production offices on a 4.32-acre Euclid campus. The facility fills a statewide infrastructure gap and enables productions to capture Ohio Motion Picture Tax Credit value in-state.
