Founded to restore Cleveland's position as a center of industry and skilled craftsmanship, Creative Spaces combines forward-looking design with the discipline and vision that have defined the Ingalls name for nearly four centuries.
Currently in the construction document drafting phase, Stage 01 will soon move toward final city approval and groundbreaking. The facility will offer a controlled, acoustically isolated environment suitable for a wide range of productions, from commercial campaigns to episodic television and feature films.

Stage 01 is more than a construction project — it is the foundation for a production ecosystem in Northeast Ohio. By providing a facility designed to meet the needs of national productions while remaining accessible to local production companies, Creative Spaces is engineered to generate opportunity, attract investment, and establish a sustainable production industry presence in the region.
